Trip Itinerary

Day 1 : Arrival in Kathmandu and Transfer to Hotel

Upon your arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport, you will be greeted by our representative from Cime Himalaya Trek & Expedition. After a warm welcome, you will be transferred to your hotel in the vibrant Thamel district. Take some time to rest and recover from your journey. In the evening, we will hold a briefing session where you can meet your trekking team and discuss the exciting adventure that awaits.

Day 2 : Drive from Kathmandu to Chhetchhet Village (Jagat) (1,377 m)

After an early breakfast, we will begin our journey to Chhetchhet Village, commonly known as Jagat. This scenic drive takes approximately 7-8 hours, winding through picturesque landscapes, terraced fields, and traditional villages. Upon arrival in Jagat, we will settle into our guesthouse, where you can relax and prepare for the trek ahead.

Day 3 : Trek from Jagat to Simigaun (2,036 m) - Duration: 5-6 hours

Today, we will start our trek from Jagat to Simigaun. The trail meanders through lush forests and charming villages, providing us with the opportunity to immerse ourselves in the local culture. After approximately 5-6 hours of trekking, we will arrive in Simigaun, a quaint village known for its friendly locals. We will spend the night in a local guesthouse, enjoying a warm meal and the tranquil atmosphere.

Day 4 : Trek from Simigaun to Kharka (2,990 m) - Duration: 5-6 hours

After breakfast, we will continue our trek towards Kharka. The path leads us through scenic landscapes, with stunning views of the surrounding mountains. After about 5-6 hours of trekking, we will reach Kharka, where we will set up camp for the night. Enjoy the serene environment as you relax and take in the beauty of nature around you.

Day 5 : Trek from Kharka to Beding (3,740 m) - Duration: 5-6 hours

Today's trek will take us from Kharka to Beding. The trail ascends steadily through lush vegetation and rocky terrains. After approximately 5-6 hours, we will arrive at Beding, a small settlement surrounded by towering peaks. Here, we will spend the night in a local lodge, enjoying traditional food and the stunning mountain views.

Day 6 : Trek from Beding to Na Gaun (4,183 m) - Duration: 5-6 hours

We will explore on a beautiful trek from Beding to Na Gaun today. The trail takes us through breathtaking alpine landscapes, where the fresh mountain air invigorates our spirits. After about 5-6 hours of trekking, we will reach Na Gaun, where we will camp for the night. Take some time to enjoy the stunning views and prepare for the upcoming climbs.

Day 7 : Trek from Na Gaun (4,180 m) to Yalung Glacier (4,750 m)

Today, we will trek to the Yalung Glacier. The ascent is challenging but rewarding, as we navigate rocky trails and gain altitude. After a full day of trekking, we will arrive at the glacier, where we will set up camp. The views of the surrounding peaks are nothing short of spectacular.

Day 8 : Yalung Glacier to Ramdung Base Camp (5,150 m)

We will continue our adventure as we trek from Yalung Glacier to the Ramdung Base Camp. This leg of the journey takes us higher into the mountains, and the trail offers stunning views of the glaciers and peaks around us. After about 5-6 hours, we will arrive at Base Camp, where we will settle in and prepare for our summit attempt.

Day 9 : Summit Ramdung Peak and Back to Yalung Glacier (4,750 m)

Today is the day we have been preparing for: the summit of Ramdung Peak (5,925 m). We will rise early to begin our ascent. The climb is challenging but incredibly rewarding, with breathtaking views at the summit. After celebrating our success, we will descend back to Yalung Glacier, where we will spend the night.

Day 10 : Trek from Yalung Glacier (4,750 m) to Tso Rolpa Lake Camp (4,588 m) - Duration: 5-6 hours

After a successful summit, we will trek from Yalung Glacier to Tso Rolpa Lake. The trail takes us through stunning landscapes and offers spectacular views of the lake as we approach. After about 5-6 hours of trekking, we will reach our campsite by the lake, where we can relax and soak in the beauty of our surroundings.

Day 11 : Trek from Tso Rolpa Lake to Kabung Campsite (4,820 m) - Duration: 5-6 hours

Today’s trek will take us from Tso Rolpa Lake to the Kabung Campsite. We will navigate through rocky terrain and enjoy the mesmerizing views of the surrounding peaks. After approximately 5-6 hours of trekking, we will arrive at Kabung, where we will set up camp and prepare for the next leg of our adventure.

Day 12 : Trek from Kabung to Trakarding Glacier - Duration: 5-6 hours

We will continue our trek towards the Trakarding Glacier today. The path leads us through stunning landscapes, including rocky trails and alpine meadows. After about 5-6 hours of trekking, we will reach the glacier, where we will set up camp for the night. The unique scenery will surely leave you in awe.

Day 13 : Trek from Trakarding Glacier to Tashi Lapcha Pass and High Camp - Duration: 6-7 hours

Today’s trek will take us to the Tashi Lapcha Pass. The ascent is demanding but the views from the pass are well worth the effort. After crossing the pass, we will continue to our high camp, where we will rest and prepare for the following days. This is a breathtaking area, surrounded by impressive mountain peaks.

Day 14 : High Camp to Base Camp (Thyangbo) (4,370 m)

After a hearty breakfast, we will descend from our high camp to Base Camp at Thyangbo. The descent is a mix of rocky trails and alpine meadows, and after about 5-6 hours, we will arrive at Base Camp. Here, we can relax and celebrate the accomplishments of our trek so far.

Day 15 : Trek from Thyangbo to Thame (3,820 m) - Duration: 4-5 hours

Today, we will trek from Thyangbo to Thame. The path leads us through beautiful landscapes, where we may encounter local wildlife. After approximately 4-5 hours of trekking, we will reach Thame, where we will spend the night in a local guesthouse.

Day 16 : Trek from Thame to Namche Bazaar (3,440 m) - Duration: 4-5 hours

As we continue our trek, we will make our way to Namche Bazaar, the vibrant gateway to the Everest region. This trek will take us around 4-5 hours. Upon arrival, you can enjoy the vibrant market, local bakeries, and beautiful views of the surrounding peaks.

Day 17 : Accommodation (Rest Day)

Today is a well-deserved rest day in Namche Bazaar. Use this time to explore the village, visit the local museum, or simply relax and soak in the atmosphere. This day is important for recovery and preparation for the journey ahead.

Day 18 : Trek from Namche Bazaar to Lukla (2,840 m) - Duration: 6-7 hours

After a hearty breakfast, we will trek from Namche Bazaar to Lukla. This final leg of our trekking adventure takes approximately 6-7 hours. Upon arrival in Lukla, we can celebrate our achievements and enjoy the festive atmosphere of this busy mountain town.

Day 19 : Fly from Lukla to Kathmandu

We will take an early morning flight from Lukla back to Kathmandu. The scenic flight offers stunning views of the mountains we’ve just trekked through. Upon arrival in Kathmandu, you’ll be transferred to your hotel, where you can relax and reflect on your incredible journey.

Day 20 : Final Departure

Your adventure in Nepal concludes today. Depending on your flight schedule, you may have some free time for last-minute shopping or sightseeing in Kathmandu.
